Exam and Assessment Results

Curriculum

The following information about the school curriculum:

Behaviour Policy

The school Behaviour Policy which must comply with section 89 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (determination by head teacher). You can view our download our policy which can be found in the school policies section of our website.

School Complaints Procedure

School must publish details of the school’s complaints procedure, which must comply with Section 29 of the Education Act 2002. The schools Complaints Policy can be found in the school policies section of our website.

School must also publish any arrangements for handling complaints from parents of children with special educational needs (SEN) about the support the school provides. Pupil Premium

School must publish a strategy for the school’s use of the Pupil Premium funding.

For the current academic year, schools must include:

  • The school’s pupil premium grant allocation amount
  • A summary of the main barriers to educational achievement faced by eligible pupils at the school.
  • How we intend to spend the pupil premium to overcome those barriers and the reasons for that approach.
  • How we will measure the effect of the pupil premium.
  • The date of the next review of the school’s pupil premium strategy.

For the previous academic year, school must include:

  • How school spent the pupil premium allocation.
  • The effect of the expenditure on eligible and other pupils.

Pupil premium funding is allocated for each financial year, but the information published online should refer to the academic year (September – August).

PE and Sport Premium

If school receives PE (physical education) and sport premium funding, then we must publish:

  • The amount of the school’s allocation from the Sports and PE Premium grant in respect of the current academic year.
  • A full breakdown of how school spent the funding or intends to spend the funding.
  • The effect of the premium on pupils’ PE and sport participation and attainment.
  • How school will ensure these improvements are sustainable.

Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Disability Information

Schools must publish a SEN information report on the school’s policy for pupils with SEN which should be annually reviewed and updated.

The report must comply with:

  • Section 69 of the Children and Families Act 2014, which includes:

    The arrangements for the admission of disabled pupils.

    The steps school have taken to prevent disabled pupils from being treated less favourably than other pupils.

    The facilities we provide to help disabled pupils to access the school.

    The accessibility plan school has prepared in compliance with paragraph 3 of schedule 10 to the Equality Act 2010.

  • Regulation 51 and Schedule 1 of the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014.
